These classes are specially designed to teach young girls and boys to understand the importance of exercise and teach them proper technique for movements. Skills will be learned through age appropriate activities in a relaxed environment. No experience necessary.
GIRLS’ FITNESS WORKOUT
Mondays 5:00-5:45 pm – This class is for girls 12-16 years old
May 2 – June 13 (no class May 23)
6 week session – $80
BOYS’ FITNESS WORKOUT
This class is for boys 7-11 years old.
