To book a class, select the class and click the “Book Now“ button

Classes are currently run virtual through Zoom.  After you have registered for a class you will receive the Zoom link to join.  Zoom is a free program available for download.

To book private, semi-private, small group private classes, and/or private functions please contact the Studio.

Maximum Class Size: Gravity- 8 | Yoga/Pilates/Sculpt/Pre + Post Natal Yoga- 10-16
Some classes are preregistered sessions.  Please contact the Studio for session details. Spaces may be available for drop-ins.
