PRENATAL

Indulge your Pregnant Body

Stretch + release muscular tension, strengthen in ways to assist with your changing body, exercises and movements are modified to accommodate your growing belly.  Learn breathing techniques that will help guide you through labour + delivery. Use this time to connect to your changing physical body, your growing baby + other pregnant women.  Suitable for women in 2nd + 3rd trimester.

A New Mother’s BFF

Stretch, strengthen and resume movement in your tired body 6-8 weeks post delivery (time varies based on exercise approval from your Ob/Gyn) in this weekly class designed to strengthen abs + pelvic floor muscles, relieve achy back + shoulders, release tension and promote relaxation.

KIDS & TEENS

Classes are specially designed to teach young girls and boys to understand the importance of exercise

These classes are specially designed to teach young girls and boys to understand the importance of exercise and teach them proper technique for movements.  Skills will be learned through age appropriate activities in a relaxed environment. No experience necessary.

TEEN FITNESS WORKOUT

Mondays and Thursdays 5:00-5:45 pm – This class is for teens 12-16 years old
