Gravity is a fun and efficient full-body workout
With the Gravity Training System (GTS) you use your own body weight as resistance to strengthen, tone and sculpt. With music pumping, you will engage all major muscle groups and experience a multitude of strength training, core + stretching exercises to improve functional fitness, strength + flexibility. You will also find increased range of motion and balance, and maybe even discover some muscles you did not even know you have!!
The unique design of the GTS makes this class suitable for all ages, fitness and experience levels.
Gentle Gravity is ideal for individuals who are new to exercise, seniors, pregnant (with no Gravity experience) or who just like to take things a little slower and gentler.
You will still get a great overall workout. The pace of the session will be a little slower and there will be a longer focus on flexibility at the end.
Many people are realizing that we do not stretch as much as we need to. We have taken our traditional Gravity class and condensed it to 30 minutes, which allows us to add 15-20 minutes of stretch at the end of the class. Stretching may be performed on the machine or on the floor. Now you can get your strength work and flexibility work all in the same workout.
Gravity training CIRCUIT-STYLE! With music pumping, you will use tempo, moving station to station to hit all the body parts + cardio. The functional movements and tempo intensity will give your muscles a new experience!
Gravity + is a combination of Gravity and something else. You never know until you get to class. We may use the TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, balls or whatever the instructor is wanting to do. What you do know is that you are going to have a great workout.
