AFTER SCHOOL FITNESS

These classes are specially designed to teach girls to understand the importance of exercise and teach them proper technique for movements.  Skills will be learned through age appropriate activities in a no competitive environment.  No experience necessary.

6 week session – $74                          Drop-in $15/class

GIRLS’ FITNESS WORKOUT

This class is for girls 7-11 years old.

Thursdays 4:30-5:15 pm 

January 16-February 27 (no class on Feb. 6)

TEEN GIRLS’ FITNESS

This class is for girls 12-16 years old.

Mondays 5:00-5:45 pm

January 13-February 24 (no class Feb. 17)
