PRE NATAL YOGA

Stretch + release muscular tension in this class, which is modified to accommodate your growing belly.  Learn breathing techniques that will help guide you through labour + delivery.  Use this time to connect to your changing physical body, your growing baby + other pregnant women.  Suitable for women in 2nd + 3rd trimester.
