MOM + BABY SCULPT
Your Body + Baby will Thank You! If you are 6-8 weeks post delivery (time varies based on exercise approval from your Ob/Gyn) and ready to start working out again after childbirth, then YOU + YOUR BABY NEED TO GRAVITATE TO MOM + BABY SCULPT! These dynamic workouts are specifically designed for your post pregnancy body, to increase your energy, improve your posture and make you feel amazing! Classes incorporate elements of Pilates to strengthen your back + core, cardio intervals to burn calories, and a variety of exercises to tone, firm + strengthen your entire body after baby. The class will end with a delicious stretch.
Currently there is no Mom + Baby Sculpt scheduled. If you have a group of new moms and would like to create a class, please contact the Studio.
MOM + BABY YOGA
A New Mother’s BFF Stretch, strengthen and resume movement in your tired body 6-8 weeks post delivery (time varies based on exercise approval from your Ob/Gyn) in this weekly Yoga class designed to strengthen abs + pelvic floor muscles, relieve achy back + shoulders, release tension and promote relaxation.
