Work Every Inch of your Body on One State-of-the-Art Piece of Equipment. Gravity is a fun + efficient full-body workout. With the Gravity Training System (GTS) you use your own body weight as resistance to strengthen, tone and sculpt. With music pumping, you will engage all major muscle groups and experience a multitude of strength training, core + stretching exercises to improve functional fitness, strength + flexibility. You will also find increased range of motion and balance, and maybe even discover some muscles you did not even know you have!!
In a Gravity Pilates class traditional Pilates exercises are integrated with the Gravity machine, with increased focus on working the core.
In our small class setting, every participant gets an individualized workout that will increase in intensity as your strength + performance improve. The unique design of the GTS makes this class suitable for all ages, fitness and experience levels.
GRAVITY FLOW (Currently there is no Gravity Flow on the weekly schedule)
Gravity Flow is a Delicious Mix of Gravity, Yoga + Pilates. This ‘Gravitate original’ class blends Gravity exercises with traditional Yoga + Pilates movements. The flowing sequences promote balance, co-ordination and mind-body awareness. You will leave class feeling strong, exhilarated, stretched and focused, in other words- awesome!! We recommend this class for those with some Gravity, Yoga + Pilates experience. If you are new to Gravity, Yoga and/or Pilates we suggest you try a different class first.
