Girls’ Fitness Workout

Tuesdays 4:15-5:00pm – starting April 10, 2018

Calling all girls 7-11 years old.  Join us in some fun drills and circuits to help you understand proper technique, movement skills and balance.  Make some new friends and learn the importance of staying active.

8 week session $92   or  $15 drop-in


Gravity Flow

Sarah is back.

Gravity Flow is a blend of Gravity movements with Yoga and Pilates.  This amazing class helps you to feel strong, yet balanced and lengthened.

Join Sarah on Mondays at 9:30 am, starting on April 9, 2018.

Gentle Gravity

Starting on Thursday March 29, 2018, we will be offering Gentle Gravity at 11:00 am.

Gentle Gravity is perfect for individuals who would like things a little slower and gentler.  You will still receive a full body workout, only at a slower pace and with an added focus of flexibility at the end.

Everyone looking for something a little gentler is welcome.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Our Mom & Baby Yoga class is running on Wednesdays from 11:00 am-12:00 pm.

Bring a baby carrier if you have one.  This will make some of the exercises more comfortable and allow for ease of movement with other exercises.

Babies need to be non-crawlers.
