We are excited to bring you more evening Pilates! Join Jessica on the mat for a full body, core-centred class that will leave you ‘aware’ of every muscle you have (and some you don’t know you had!).
Focus is on core abdominals + obliques, balance + coordination, flexibility + breath.
This NEW CLASS will begin on Monday, September 11 @ 7:20pm.
This class is fabulous after you’re warmed up from a Gravity class- so Monday nights just got twice a good @ Gravitate!

Babies get ‘tummy’ time, and new moms need ‘mommy’ time! After having a baby, you likely feel the need to regain strength, tone, flexibility and just get your body moving again. So after you get approval from your Doctor, join us for Mom + Baby Sculpt!
Babies love the music and watching all the moms getting sweaty in this one hour, full body fitness class.
