PILATES- NEW Class on Wednesdays @ 9:30am

Pilates is the ‘ultimate core-strengthening’ workout. But the rest of the body gets attention too. With the use of props, great music and individualized instruction your body will thank you for starting your week off on the mat.

Mom & Baby SCULPT- 3 spots still available

Babies get ‘tummy’ time, and new moms need ‘mommy’ time! After having a baby, you likely feel the need to regain strength, tone, flexibility and just get your body moving again. So after you get approval from your Doctor, join us for Mom + Baby Sculpt!

Babies love the music and watching all the moms getting sweaty in this one hour, full body fitness class.
